i made my family get pizza for dinner tonight because I won't have access to New York pizza for 2 months
TOMORROW IS THE DAY!!
In way way way less than 24 hours, I'll be completely packed (because honestly, who's surprised I haven't started yet?), out the door, and on my way to the airport for my 22 hour journey to the other side of the world. After months of wondering if this would really happen, and months of waiting for the day to finally arrive, it's here, and I just can't believe it. (After rereading these two sentences I still can't believe that they're 100% true!)
To say the very least: I'm unbelievably excited.
Now, to all my pals out there who will be keeping up on my Australian adventure, just remember that I'll be 14 hours ahead of you (aka: I'm probably going to make a lot of time travel jokes). Also, with the phone plan I have, I won't have international calling or texting, so if you want to get in touch with me, shoot me an email, comment on a blog post, facebook chat me, send me some skywriting; basically whatever uses wifi and floats your boat is fine by me!
Seeing as how I have yet to put anything in my large, empty suitcase, I better get packing before I make my parents too worried so that's all for now! Peace and blessings.
