i had so much craic, i lost my voice

Guinness, country music and friends; what more could you ask for out of a weekend?

Touring Trinity College and seeing the Book of Kells in person, strolling through the Guinness factory and drinking a pint at the skybar, and strolling through the streets during the day was a fabulous way to spend my very first day in Dublin. Plus I got to spend it with two of my best friends which was an added bonus.

And then Friday night was spent at Country2Country, a three day concert with stars like Eric Church and Carrie Underwood packing the arena with fans from all over.

Saturday morning we rolled out of bed bright and early and climbed onto a bus headed to the Cliffs of Moher for the day. After hours in a bus we finally arrived at the final destination where we were fortunate enough to have a gorgeous, sunny day and a warm breeze, making for brilliant pictures.

*puppies AND cliffs!! what MOHER could you ask for?!?*

After spending Saturday night the Irish way in a pub with a whole crew of PC peeps, we grabbed brunch where we scarfed down as much breakfast food and coffee as we could possibly fit into our stomachs before heading back to Trinity College and St. Stephen's Green.

To top it all off, Mike and I headed to the third and final day of the concert where we rocked out for a few hours before pulling an all nighter waiting for my bus to arrive at 3:30am since I booked a ridiculously early flight.

*my mom was so stoked about this picture that she made it her facebook cover photo*
*it's a wonderful Lifey*

Sadly, I had way too much fun over the course of the weekend that I lost my voice and my presentation Monday afternoon was rough to say the very least, but it was well worth it.

Cheers
Katie
